Nipobon Polli - A Dream to Conserve Bangladeshi Culture

Nipobon Polli (NP) seems a dream to conserve Bangladeshi culture to the new generation in Sydney, Australia. A journey started with 49 members by the founder of the project Dr Asad Shams with the aim to reflect the impact Bangladeshi culture upon our children who are born and or being brought up in overseas. The organisers of the project bought a 5 acres land (at 127 Pitt Town Dural Road, Pitt Town ,Sydney ) to nourish the place as a place where family and friends are able to enjoy relaxed time and cultural events .
Nipobon Polli and NP Global are being run with continuous care provided by all 49 members and their families, each of them have equal participation. It's a spot where everyone can get knowledge, and admires the effort with deep bonding of love and affection. The time will change but legacy from NP Global will remain on its journey to spread the Bengali culture to the children generation after generation.
With that continuous vie, this year BijoyMela programme was initiated and celebrated by the combined effort of NP Global and Khamar Bari for long 11 days. December is a month of victory, it seems the month of glory of the Bangladeshi who sacrificed their lives to achieve a great victory and to place their country in world map as independent Bangladesh.
